What is The BIG Trainer?
The BIG Trainer is a white-labeled training platform from Mortgage Automation Technologies that works for any company — standalone, on any system. You give the trainer agent access to your system and it builds custom training videos and guides from your actual workflows in minutes, delivered on your own branded site — <client>.thebigtrainer.com. For BIG POS clients it also ships a training video and guide with every product release.
How much does BIG Trainer cost?
User-block pricing, market rate: $500 per month up to 250 users, $1,000 for 250–500, $1,500 for 500–1,000 and $2,000 enterprise over 1,000. BIG POS customers pay 50% off market on every block — $250, $500, $750 and $1,000. One-time implementation is $2,500 for BIG POS customers and $5,000 standalone. Unlimited courses and viewing included.
Who uses it?
The whole back office and front line: Processor, Underwriter, Closer, Opening, Loan Officer, LOA, UW Assistant, Encompass Admin and Executive each get a path built for their role — controlled by a mini admin inside your own company.
Does it stay current with the product?
Two ways. Standalone customers: the trainer agent watches your workflows and rebuilds your training when they change. BIG POS clients: your site is also tied to the release train — every release ships with a training video and guide automatically. Either way, nobody trains on last quarter’s screenshots.
Is there gamification?
Optional per client: loan-milestone ranks (Pre-Qual → Approved → Clear to Close → Funded → Hall of Fame), points, weekly streaks, BIG Certified role credentials, Release Rush badges for training within 48 hours of a release, secret badges and optional branch leagues.
Can it handle all our staff at once?
The platform is built to serve hundreds of concurrent viewers — video streams through a CDN, so a company-wide rollout does not strain the system.
